  • 1. Chest Circumference - Exhale then measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
  • 2. Waist Circumference - Keep the tape loose and measure around your natural waistline.
  • 3. Hip Circumference- Standing with your feet slightly apart, measure around the fullest part of your hip.
  • 4. Sleeve Length - Measure from the top of your shoulder to your wrist bone.
  • 5. Shirt Length- Standing with your feet slightly apart, measure from the high side neck vertical to the middle of your thumb. (Note that garment length varies, depending on the specific design)
  • 6. Thigh Circumference- Keep the tape loose and measure around your under crotch leg circle.
  • 7. Outleg Length- Measure from your natural waist line to the ankle.
  • 8. Across Shoulder- Measure from your right shoulder to left shoulder.
  • 9. Inseam Length- Measure from inner thigh to the left shoulder.
  • 10. Knee- Keep the tape loose and measure around your knee leg circle.
  • 11. Bottom- Keep the tape loose and measure around your bottom(ankle) leg circle.
