● The Archive Sale is applicable only on selected products featured on the Archive Sale landing page.

● This is a limited-stock, limited-time sale. Products are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

● Flat prices are applicable only on eligible Archive Sale products.

● The offer cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount, cashback, loyalty benefit, prepaid offer, or promotional offer unless explicitly stated.

1. Payment Terms

● The Archive Sale is available on prepaid orders only.

● Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Archive Sale purchases.

● No additional prepaid discounts, bank offers, cashback offers, or coupon codes are applicable unless explicitly mentioned.

2. Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

● No returns are permitted on Archive Sale purchases.

● No refunds will be provided except under the special cases mentioned below.

● Only exchanges are permitted.

● Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

● Requests raised after the 7-day exchange window will not be accepted.

● All exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

3. Exchange Policy

A. Size Exchange

● Customers may request a size exchange for the same product, subject to stock availability.

B. Product Exchange (Special Cases)

If the requested size is unavailable, customers may opt for a product exchange by selecting another eligible product from the Archive Sale landing page, subject to the following conditions:

● The replacement product must be selected from the Archive Sale collection.

● If the replacement product is priced higher than the original product, the customer will be required to pay the balance amount.

● If the replacement product is priced lower than the original product, the difference amount will be refunded as Thomas Scott Wallet Credits.

● Product exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time the exchange request is processed.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, where:

● A size exchange has been requested;

● The requested size is unavailable; and

● The customer chooses a lower-priced replacement product or no suitable replacement product is available.

Important:

● Any eligible refund will be processed only as Thomas Scott Wallet Credits.

● No refunds will be processed to bank accounts, debit/credit cards, UPI, or any other payment method.

5. Order Fulfilment

● Due to operational requirements and multiple warehouse fulfilment, products from the same order may be shipped separately.

● Thomas Scott reserves the right to cancel or modify any order in the event of technical errors, pricing discrepancies, suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
