Offer Structure

The Sale Launch features the following promotional offers:

•  Buy 2 Get 2 Free (B2G2)
•  Buy 3 Get 3 Free (B3G3)

1. Offer Details

●       This is a sitewide promotional sale, applicable across the website unless a product is explicitly marked as excluded.

●       Free products will always be of equal or lower value than the paid products in the cart.

●       The offer cannot be combined with any other coupon, cashback, discount, promotion, loyalty benefit, or prepaid offer unless explicitly mentioned.

●       Product availability is subject to stock availability and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment Terms

●       This sale is available on prepaid orders only.

●       Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be available during this sale.

●       No additional prepaid discounts, bank offers, or cashback offers are applicable.

3. Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

●       No returns or refunds will be accepted for orders placed during this sale.

●       Only exchanges will be permitted.

●       Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

●       Requests raised after the 7-day exchange period will not be accepted.

●       All exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

4. Exchange Conditions

A. Size Exchange

●       Customers may request a size exchange for the same product.

●       Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

B. Product Exchange (Special Cases)

●       If the requested size is unavailable, customers may opt for a product exchange under the following conditions:

○       The replacement product may be selected within the same price range as the original product.

○       If the customer chooses a product of a higher value, a flat additional amount of ₹499 will be applicable.

C. Free Product Exchange Policy

●       If a customer wishes to exchange a free product received under the B2G1, B2G2, or B3G3 offer, and the requested size is unavailable:

○       No refund will be issued.

○       The customer may opt for a product exchange within the same price range.

○       If the customer chooses a product of a higher value, a flat additional amount of ₹499 will be applicable.

5. Refund Exceptions (Special Cases Only)

Refunds will be considered only in exceptional cases where:

●       An exchange request has been raised;

●       The requested size or eligible replacement product is unavailable; and

●       The customer has paid for the specific product.

Important:

●       If the product was received as a free item under any promotional offer, no refund will be issued.

●       All approved refunds will be processed only as Thomas Scott Wallet credits.

●       No refunds will be processed to bank accounts, cards, UPI, or any other payment method.

6. Order Fulfilment Policy

●       Due to multiple warehouse operations, products from the same order may be shipped separately.

●       Thomas Scott reserves the right to cancel or modify orders in cases of technical errors, suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

7. Prices & Availability

•         All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes.
•         Product availability is limited and subject to stock availability.
•         Restocks during the sale period are not guaranteed.

8. Company Rights

Thomas Scott reserves the right to:

●       Modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

●       Add or remove products from the sale at its sole discretion.

●       Cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion in the event of technical issues, misuse, or operational requirements.
