1. Payment Terms

• The Liberty Sale is available on prepaid orders only.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available during this sale.

• The additional 5% prepaid discount is applicable only on successful prepaid transactions.

2. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

• Products purchased during the Liberty Sale are not eligible for returns.

• Products purchased during the Liberty Sale are not eligible for refunds, except in special cases mentioned below.

• Exchanges are permitted subject to the conditions outlined below.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. Exchange Policy

Size Exchange

• Customers may request a size exchange for the same product, subject to stock availability.

Product Exchange (Special Cases)

If the requested size is unavailable:

• Customers may choose another product from the Liberty Sale collection.

• If the replacement product is priced higher than the original product, the customer will be required to pay the balance amount.

• If the replacement product is priced lower than the original product, the difference amount will be issued as Thomas Scott Store Credit.

• Product exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

4. Refund Exceptions (Special Cases Only)

Refunds will be considered only in exceptional circumstances where:

• An exchange request has been raised;

• The requested size is unavailable;

• No suitable replacement product is available; and

• The customer has paid for the product.

Important

• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed only as Thomas Scott Store Credit.

• No refunds will be processed to bank accounts, credit cards, debit cards, UPI IDs, or any other payment method.

5. Exchange Request Timeline

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Requests raised after the exchange window will not be accepted.

• All exchanged products are subject to quality inspection and stock availability.

6. Order Fulfilment

• Due to multiple warehouse operations, products from the same order may be shipped separately.

• Thomas Scott reserves the right to cancel or modify orders in the event of technical issues, pricing discrepancies, suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

7. Prices & Availability

• All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Product availability is limited and subject to stock availability.

• Restocks of sale products are not guaranteed.

8. Company Rights

Thomas Scott reserves the right to:

• Modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Add or remove products from the Liberty Sale at its sole discretion.

• Withdraw, suspend, or modify the promotion without prior notice due to technical, operational, or business requirements.

Note: Products purchased during the Liberty Sale are governed by these sale-specific Terms & Conditions, which shall take precedence over the standard Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy wherever applicable.
