2. Payment Terms

●       The Super Sale is available on prepaid orders only.

●       Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available during the sale.

●       No additional prepaid discount, bank offer, cashback, or coupon can be combined with the Super Sale unless explicitly stated.

3. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

●       No returns or refunds are allowed on orders placed during the Super Sale.

●       Customers may request an exchange for size or product, subject to the applicable exchange conditions.

●       Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

●       Requests raised after the 7-day exchange window will not be accepted.

●       All exchanges are subject to product availability and successful quality inspection.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

●       A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory for raising any exchange request.

●       The video must clearly show the package being opened and the product received.

●       Exchange requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted or processed.

●       The unboxing video may be required for verification before the exchange request is approved.

4. Size Exchange

●       Customers may request a size exchange for the same product, subject to availability.

●       The replacement size must be available at the time the exchange request is processed.

●       If the requested size is unavailable, the customer may be eligible for a product exchange as per the product exchange policy below.

5. Product Exchange

●       If the required size is unavailable, customers may request a product exchange.

●       The replacement product must be of equal or lower value than the product being exchanged, subject to applicable sale conditions.

●       If a customer wishes to select a higher-value product, the applicable price difference must be paid by the customer.

●       Product exchanges are subject to product availability and successful quality inspection.

6. Free Product Exchange

●       Products received as part of the Buy 2 Get 2 Free offer may be exchanged, subject to the applicable exchange conditions.

●       Since free products are provided at no additional cost, no refund will be issued for a free product.

●       If the required size of a free product is unavailable, the customer may opt for an eligible product exchange, subject to availability and applicable sale conditions.

7. Product Condition

All products submitted for exchange must be:

●       Unused and unworn.

●       Unwashed and unaltered.

●       In their original condition.

●       Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Products that do not pass the quality check may not be accepted for exchange.

8. Prices & Availability

●       All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

●       Product availability is subject to stock and may change during the sale period.

●       Restocking of sold-out products is not guaranteed during the sale.

9. Company Rights

Thomas Scott reserves the right to:

●       Modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

●       Add or remove products from the offer at its discretion.

●       Cancel or modify orders in case of technical errors, suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances.

●       Withdraw or modify the offer in case of operational or technical issues.
